By entering this promotion, you accept and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Entry is open to all named direct recipients of the 2009 NDL Christmas card invitation and other individuals who submit a qualifying brief or confirm a booking with NDL throughout the promotional period provided they are over 18 years of age. The promotion excludes NDL employees and the immediate families of the Promoter, its agents or anyone else professionally connected with the NDL Christmas promotion.
  2. This promotion is operated by NDL Group ('the promoter').
  3. Entries accepted daily between 9am (GMT) December 1st 2009 and 11.59pm December 23rd 2009 (the "promotional period").
  4. To Enter , submit the unique reference number (URN) and your details at www.ndlchristmasmagic.co.uk ('the website'). Valid entries will then be entered into all remaining daily draws. Individuals who submit a qualifying brief or confirm a booking will be eligible for one additional entry per day per brief submitted or booking confirmed during the promotional period.
  5. Maximum of 1 prize per person. No purchase necessary.
  6. Authorisation from a director of employer will be required prior to award of prizes with a value over £500.
  7. There are a total of 18 Prizes to be won in the NDL Christmas Magic promotion, one for each working day of the promotional period.   10. For your total confidence, winners will be selected in a random draw to be conducted by PromoVeritas, the independent promotional verification service from all valid entries received, each working day. Those entries received on a non-working day will be carried forward to the next working day. Winners will be notified by telephone and a confirmation email sent.
  11. Winners names and counties will be available on the website after 31st January 2010 or upon request to promotions@ndlgroup.com.
  12. Any winners who cannot be contacted by January 31st 2010 may be disqualified and the prize allocated to a reserve winner until such time as a winner can be successfully contacted.
  13. Prizes are as stated and are non transferable and may not be sold or advertised for sale.
  14. No cash or other alternative prizes will be provided, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the promoter reserves the right to substitute similar prizes of equal or greater value.
  15. Please allow 28 days for delivery of prizes. All prizes must be claimed by January 31st 2010 and must be taken within 1 year from date of claim.
  16. Except as otherwise required by applicable law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or death resulting from acceptance or participation of any prize.
  17. Except as otherwise required by applicable law, the Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability for lost, late, damaged, corrupted or misdirected entries and the Promoter is not responsible for any late or misdirected delivery of communications (email or otherwise), except in the event of wilful intent on the part of the Promoter or its agents.
  18. By entering you agree to the use of your personal data for the sole purpose of processing and performing this offer, for (direct) marketing and quality control analysis, for conducting market research and improving the Promoter’s products and/or services. The Promoter and its agents are responsible for storing, processing and transferring the participant’s personal data and for registering the participant’s consent to this.   19. By entering this promotion you agree to these term and conditions which will at that time become binding between you and the Promoter.
